Refund policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you aren’t 100% happy with your gear, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase.

The Essentials:

• Condition: Items must be returned in "New" condition, with original packaging and all accessories included.
• Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Authorization: Please do not send items back without an RMA Number. This allows us to track and process your refund quickly.

Simple 3-Step Return Process:

• Email us: Send your order Number and reason for return to global-ma@ambition-tattoo.com.
• Ship it back: Once authorized, send the item using a trackable service.
• Get Refunded: We process refunds within 7 days of inspecting the returned item.

Exchanges: We replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent. For any other exchange requests, just reach out to us!
